Are all vinyl windows the same?
Generally companies do not sell the same identical window. Windows vary dramatically in design, structural strength, and performance ratings (depending on the glass option used). The customer should always compare windows by the performance rating labels. Keep in mind the most important rating here in the south is the solar heat gain because of our extreme summer heat.
Do you manufacture your windows or order them from another company?

How can we finance our purchase?
We do not offer financing, but we do accept all major credit cards. Once your estimate is complete, the pricing is guaranteed for 60 days. Because your windows are a custom made item, we require a 50% deposit prior to manufacturing your windows and the remaining balance paid upon completion.
How long will it take before my windows are ready to be installed?
Windows are normally ready to install in 1-3 weeks.
How long does a window installation usually take?
Jobs are normally completed in one day.
Will new windows really save energy on my heating and cooling costs?
Yes. Your new windows will save you money on your heating & cooling costs and will also make your home much quieter. The amount you save will vary depending on the type of window purchased, the glass option you choose.
What do I have to do to prepare for the installation?

Do I have to be home while your employees are installing the windows?
We prefer if someone is home during the installation. We will need to get inside your home for the installation.
How do I dispose of the old windows?
You do not have to do anything! Disposal of your old windows are included in the cost of the installation.

What kind of damage will the installation cause in Brick/Vinyl siding/ Stucco?
Usually, there is very minimal damage if any. The way your old windows are removed, makes all the difference. We actually breakdown your old windows in the openings and collapse them. Then we remove them piece by piece eliminating most of the risk of damage.
What are the differences between the Low-E 23 and the Low-E 36?
Both of the Low-E glass options we offer will make a significant difference in your homes energy consumption. The Low-E 23 has a better Solar Heat Gain rating than the Low-E 36 and will reflect more heat. The only noticeable difference between the two is the Low-E 23 is darker in color. Either one will perform significantly better than ordinary clear glass.
Will changing my windows on my home increase the value of my home?
Yes, it will increase the value of your home. Usually the cost of the windows is easily regained if you were to sell your home.
If I get an estimate, but I’m not ready for the windows, do I have to get another estimate when I’m ready to order?
No you do not have to get another estimate. We keep all of our estimates on file up to 7 years. And our prices are guaranteed for 60 days. After 60 days your estimate may be subject to price changes.
When I get an estimate do I have to order all the windows at once?
No you do not have to order all your windows at once. You can order your new windows a few at a time as you are ready for them.
Do windows cause condensation?
Condensation buildup on window surfaces is commonly thought to be a leak in the windows. Usually not the case, the moist warm air inside your home will condense when comes in contact with an object that is significantly colder in temperature. Older windows that are non-insulated or have an aluminum frames will usually have more condensation or sweating than a warmer window that has a vinyl frame or insulated Low-E glass.
